Who we are
Cainetic is a digital studio based in Melbourne, Australia. These terms cover every project we take on.
Scope and price
Every project runs on a written proposal with a fixed price, agreed before any work begins. If something comes up outside that scope, we quote it separately before it happens. No surprises on the invoice.
Payment
A deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due before launch. Your work goes live once the final payment clears.
Ownership
You own everything. Anything after launch is optional, and cancellable.
On final payment, all deliverables, accounts and files transfer to you. Domains, hosting, code and design files included.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to any material you give us to use, including text, images, logos and video.
After launch
Care and growth support after launch is optional. You can cancel any time. There is never a lock-in.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
